We are in a gray and blue building on the South side of the street on Fauntleroy Way SW. We’re 1 block NE of the CHI Franciscan Urgent Care building. We share a building with Maestro Motors and K-Squared Hair Salon. Our entrance is in the front of the gray section of the building. There are 4 parking spots designated for Willow Clinic patients on the West side of the building, and there is also free street parking available for clients who are able to walk 1-2 blocks. We are also 1-2 blocks from a number of bus lines, including the rapid-ride C line. HopeLink and Access Van can pull into our parking lot for drop-offs and pick-ups.
Accessibility details:
There are 4 small steps from the waiting room into the rest of the clinic, so if you are in a wheelchair or would otherwise have trouble with the steps, please let us know before you arrive, so we can meet you at the side door and escort you directly to your exam room and bypass the waiting room steps. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible. We are in an old building that can’t be brought up to full ADA standards, but we have done our best to make physical accommodations for as many patients as possible!
  • We have an office support dog named Jolie, who is a very gentle Springer Spaniel, and our mascot FibroDog the Great Dane occasionally stops by to visit by special request. If you have a medical support animal that needs to accompany you for your visits, please make arrangements ahead of time with our office manager Ashley, so she can plan ahead to keep the animals in separate rooms if needed.
  • If you have children, please make sure they are supervised at all times in the clinic, especially if an animal is there.
  • If you have a fear of dogs let us know ahead of time so we can make sure to keep Jolie in a separate room. (Although she is a very sweet and gentle little dog, so people rarely find her intimidating.)
