REFILLS

To request a medication refill, call your pharmacy at least 7 business days before you run out, even if there are no refills left on the bottle. If your pharmacy isn’t set up yet to send us prescription requests online, then please text us at least 7 business days ahead of time.

AFTER HOURS

If you need to reach a medical provider after hours, and no one has responded to calling or texting the clinic, text or call the provider on call on their cell phone. The after hours number is on our outgoing voicemail greeting. Pharmacies and emergency rooms please feel free to contact the provider on call. Patients, the after hours number is for urgent situations only. We do not have a paid answering service, so if you call the provider on call on their personal cell phone they may be eating, sleeping, or relaxing, so please respect their personal time and don’t abuse this service. There may be a fee for after hours consultations. We do not refill controlled substance prescriptions after hours or on weekends. If you have a life threatening emergency or severe pain that is different from usual, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
